We were so inspired by this Octopus Carpaccio (pictured above) that we had recently, so we just HAD to try recreating it at home! 🐙 After much trial and error, we found that adding some micro-greens, lemon zest, and a drizzle of @filippoberio_us olive oil really tied the dish together!
