Burrata or Bust

Some nights we get creative and try out a new recipe. Other nights we go back to the basics. To compliment the delicious burrata & cured meats that we have here, we made these “mini” naan pizzas with a little help from #filippoberio !

🍴Recipe🍴

▪️Coat Naan with @filippoberio_us olive oil on both sides.

▪️Bake at 350 for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.

▪️Spread @filippoberio_us pesto onto the naan while it is still hot (I used the #tomato & #ricotta on one, and the #sundriedtomato on the other).

▪️Top the naan with cheese (I chose mozzarella for one, and cottage cheese for the other).

▪️Finish the dish with some basil or parsley, and #bonappetite
